INSIDE EDGE SUPER CAP BLACKBERRY PLANS:

1. All pricing is inclusive of GST. Timed calls are billed in 1 minute increments. Flagfall of 35c applies unless otherwise stated. Video MMS is charged at $2.50 per message. SMS and MMS messages are charged regardless of delivery status. Some phones allow multiple SMS and MMS messages to be sent simultaneously. Each message incurs a separate charge. Separate charges will appear on your invoice where more than 160 characters are used. People Telecom International Pricing applies. Customers wishing to use international roaming are charged at a rate levied by the overseas carrier plus a roaming charge. All incoming calls while roaming will incur roaming charges. Charges are set by individual premium service providers. Additional surcharge applies; refer to the terms and conditions of premium service providers.

2. Monthly Access Fee is charged in advance and is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees and Monthly Included Value and GPRS Data are subject to a pro rata calculation in your first month of activation and expire at the end of each billing period.

3. Bundled Monthly Access Fee is applied when mobile service is bundled with an active fixed line on the same account.

4. Calls included in the Monthly Included Value are standard voice calls within Australia to Fixed and GSM/3G mobiles, video calls, Voicemail retrievals (except for Super Cap $99), standard national SMS and MMS (picture & video) within Australia. Call excluded from the Monthly Included Value are calls to 13/1300 & 1800 numbers (except for Super Cap $129), calls forwarded and call diversions (except for Super Cap $129), international calls and other call and usage types not listed as Monthly Included Value. These calls will be charged in addition to the Monthly Access Fee at standard rates specified.

5. People to People Intra-Account calls between mobile and fixed line service on the same account, free unlimited between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday, no flagfall applies.

6. Included BlackBerry Data includes all data associated with the BlackBerry APN (Email, BlackBerry Browser, BlackBerry Messenger); excludes GPRS and WAP data.

7. Mobile data in excess to the Monthly Included GRPS Data is charged at 75c per MB. Included GRPS Data excludes data used whilst tethering.

8. Minimum Total Cost does not include connection charges or hardware costs which are charged separately.

9. All plans are available on 24 month contract only.

10. Early termination charges apply, calculated as 50% of Monthly Access Fee multiplied by the whole months remaining in the contract.
