1. PSTN: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage. Your Monthly Access Fee includes one PSTN line, additional PSTN lines are charged at $49.95 per line for the Lite plan, $54.95 for the Moderate, and Heavy plans, and $74.95 for the Fully Loaded plan. A maximum of 10 PSTN lines applies. ISDN2: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage. Your Monthly Access Fee includes one ISDN2 service, additional ISDN2 services are charged at $99 per ISDN2 line for the Lite plan, $129 per ISDN2 for the Moderate plan, $159 per ISDN2 for the Heavy plan, and $229 for the Fully Loaded plan. A maximum of 3 ISDN2 services applies.
