* Comparison speeds have been based on a 256/64kbps ADSL plan and up to 20Mbps ADSL2+ plan.
1: All plans are subject to a 12 or 24 month agreement. Offer excludes hardware and equipment. Customers must have an active fixed line telephone service. $0 connection fee applies to new 24 month agreements. $99 connection fee applies to new 12 month agreements. Connection charges are a once off charge and will be applied to your first invoice.
2: Not available to all customers. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, equipment and software. About 50% of customers on this plan can access speeds around 10Mbps or more. Customers may need to purchase a new modem and filters.
3: Your upload usage cannot be greater than 50% of your download usage.
4: Static IP address available on request.
5: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month for your non-bundled ADSL service, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees are charged in advance.
6: Bundled Monthly Access Fee is available to customers bundling a fixed voice and broadband service on a new 24 month agreement.
7: Total minimum costs do not include connection charges or hardware costs which are charged separately.
8: All prices quoted include GST and are subject to change.
