3. Termination Fees
If the contract is terminated prior to the contract end date then 50% of the minimum monthly access fee multiplied by the number of months (or part of any month) remaining until the expiry of the term is payable. The early termination fee is payable if you cancel the ADSL2+ service after the activation date and prior to the expiry of the contract term.
