For 24 Month Contracts only, this offer is only available to People Telecom customers who have both Broadband and a phone service line preselected to People Telecom. You will need to pay your bill by direct debit or credit card.

Bundled Monthly Access Fee: $29.95. Payable monthly in advance.

Minimum Total Access Fees (excluding Set-Up Charges)= $39.95 x (Contract Term)

2.   Connection Charges

3.   Termination Fees

If the contract is terminated then the Monthly Broadband Access Fee x Number of months (or part of any month) remaining until the expiry of the Term is payable . The Termination Fee is payable if you cancel the Broadband service after the Activation Date and prior to the expiry of the Contract Term.

Terms and Conditions

1: All plans greater than the 256 Easy are subject to a 12 or 24 month contract with $0 connection fee on new 24 month contracts and $99 connection fee on new 12 month contracts. Connection charges are a once off charge and will be applied to your first invoice. Offer excludes hardware and equipment. Customers must have an active fixed line telephone service.

2: A minimum 24 month contract applies to the 256 Easy plan, connection fee for this plan is $99.

3: Actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, equipment and software. Speeds will be slowed to 64kbps after the usage limit is reached in a calendar month.

4: Peak times: 07:00 - Midnight. Off-peak times: Midnight - 07:00.

5: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month for your ADSL service, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees are charged in advance.

6: Bundled Monthly Access Fee is available to customers bundling fixed voice and/or mobile and broadband service on the same account.

7: Total minimum costs do not include connection charges or hardware costs which are charged separately.

8: Top Up feature is available on peak/off peak plans only.

9: All prices quoted include GST and are subject to change.

10: Early termination charges apply of access fee multiplied by whole months remaining in the agreement. For full terms and conditions of individual plans please refer to the People Telecom website.
