New Customers: This offer is available for a limited time and is not available in all areas. Customers must have a fixed line telephone service. Free connection not available to existing customers. Speed will be shaped for the period in which the download quota has been exceeded. Unused data not cumulative. Total minimum cost over 24 month contract for 2GB ADSL1 plan is $958.80, for 15GB ADSL1 plan is $1,198.80, for 50GB ADSL1 plan is $1,438.80, for 5GB ADSL2+ plan is $1,198.80, for 50GB ADSL2+ plan is $1,678.80, and for 200GB ADSL2+ plan is $2,638.80. Offer available to new People Telecom credit approved customers or new ADSL services. Early termination fees apply. THE FINE PRINT:

1: All plans are subject to a 12 or 24-month agreement with $0 connection fee on new 24-month contracts and $99 connection fee on new 12-month contracts. Connection charges are a once off charge and will be applied to your first invoice. A subsidised modem is included at $0 with any 24-month agreement. Plans are subject to availability in your service address location. Unless stated otherwise, offer excludes hardware and equipment. Customers must have an active fixed line telephone service.

2: Speeds are based on network testing. Actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, equipment and software. Customers may need to purchase a new modem and filters. Speeds will be slowed to 128kbps/128kbps after the usage limit is reached in a calendar month.

3: Your upload usage cannot be greater than 50% of your download usage.

4: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month for your ADSL service, regardless of your usage. Monthly Access Fees are charged in advance.

5: Bundled Monthly Access Fee is available to customers bundling a fixed voice and broadband service on the same account.

6: Total minimum costs do not include connection charges or hardware costs, which are charged separately.

7: Static IP address available on request. Static IP addresses incur an additional $5 monthly fee.

8: The Top Up feature is available with these plans.

9: All prices quoted include GST and are subject to change.

10: Early termination charges apply and will be charged at 50% of the access fee multiplied by whole months remaining in the contract.
