Domain Name Registration/Hosting
We can register domain names on your behalf and host them on our name servers. We offer .com, .com.au, .co.nz, .co.uk and many more top level domains. We can then point your domain name to any of your own servers. Alternatively we can host your website and email at one of our data centres.

Note: If you require a site that has a URL of the format www.yourname.com.au you need to also purchase domain name hosting as described above.
Email Hosting - Secondary
You can have your email accounts (yournames@yourcompanyname.com.au) hosted by People Telecom on a secondary basis.
Secondary Email Hosting means that you operate your own mail server and we provide a back up/store and forward service that is activated when/if your mail server is unavailable.
The costs of providing this service are:

Additional Fixed IP Addresses
Any People Telecom ADSL customer is provided with one fixed IP address on request. The charge for this is $5 on top of your monthly ADSL subscription charge.

The reason that two IPs in each subnet are 'unusable' is that the first address in any block of IPs is the actual address of the subnet and the last address is the broadcast address for the subnet.
