All PeopleTalk Essentials Plans are available with an included handset, discounted monthly access fee or extra included calls Bonus Option.

- People to People^ – Enjoy free People to People voice calls up to the Monthly People to People Included Value of your plan to any mobile on the same network and account and any landline service on the same account. Any unused Monthly People to People Included Value will expire at the end of each billing period. Standard call rates apply after the monthly Include value is exceeded. - PeopleShare# – Share any unused and unexpired Monthly Included Value with other mobile services on the same account and plan type during the same month.
- PeopleSelect – With People Telecom you now have the choice of three mobile networks! PeopleSelect enables you to choose your mobile network at time of connection - choose from Optus, Telstra or Vodafone. Fees and charges apply for changing networks after connection. Not all features are available on all networks and some rates may vary between networks.
- People Bonus Options – Need a handset or happy with the one you already have? No problem, we have Bonus Options that suits your needs. Like half price access or extra included calls. Different Bonus Options apply to each plan so check the plan details for more information.
- PeopleHRO – The People Telecom Hardware Repayment Option allows you to pay off your Mobile Handset or other Hardware purchase in monthly instalments, interest free for up to 24 months.
- Pay Per Second – talk for a second, pay for a second – it’s that simple. For all standard calls you only pay for the time you use.
- PeopleNet – PeopleNet is your personal and customised online account management portal! You can do almost everything here from update your details, change your payment requirements and monitor your monthly spend. Simply log into your account anytime 24 hours 7 days a week. - Cost Centre Billing – With People Telecom's One Bill System you can separate services by cost centre, allowing you to group services on your bill for different offices or departments.
- PeopleOneBill – With People Telecom's One Bill System you will receive one easy to understand bill each month for all your products and services whether they be fixed wire, mobile or data.
Your Monthly Access Fee: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage.
Your Monthly Included Value:* This is the maximum credit included in your Monthly Access Fee. Voice calls to landlines and mobiles within Australia, SMS, MMS, 13, 1300, 1800 numbers and voicemail services are included in your “Monthly Included Value”. Standard call rates apply after the included call value is exceeded. Your Monthly Included Value expires at the end of each billing period.
People to People^: Enjoy free People to People voice calls up to the included value on your plan when you call any mobile on the same network and account or landline on the same account. Any unused People to People Included Value will expire at the end of each billing period. Standard call rates apply after the Monthly Included Value is exceeded. People Telecom Fair Use Policy applies.
People Mobile Plan Terms: All voicemail retrievals are charged at standard call rates. All standard calls are billed in per second increments. All pricing is inclusive of GST and GST rounding applies. Monthly Access Fees are charged in advance. Monthly Access Fees and Monthly Included Value are subject to a pro rata calculation in your first month of activation.

PeopleShare#: Share any unused and unexpired Monthly Included Value across other PeopleTalk Essentials Plans on your account.
If you have committed to a 12 month term, the minimum total cost is: $240 on the $20 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $480 on the $40 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $720 on the $60 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $960 on the $80 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan and $1,440 on the $120 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, plus the cost of your handset, if any. If you have committed to a 24 month term, the minimum total cost is: $480 on the $20 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $960 on the $40 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $1,440 on the $60 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, $1,920 on the $80 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan and $2,880 on the $120 PeopleTalk Essentials Plan, plus the cost of your handset, if any.
