THE FINE PRINT
1: Service delivered via the Optus 3G/HSDPA GSM network, subject to network availability. To the extent permitted by law we do not make any representation or warranty regarding the performance, service or coverage of the Optus (GSM, GPRS or 3G/HSDPA) network. Actual speeds will vary in different network coverage areas.
2: Your Monthly Access Fee is the minimum amount you pay each month, regardless of your usage.
3: Bundled Monthly Access Fee is available to customers bundling fixed voice and a SIM Only Wireless2go service.
4: Both upload and download are counted toward your Included Data. Excess usage beyond your included data will be charged at 10c/Mb. Excess usage is capped at $99 per month. If you reach the excess usage cap of $99 your service will be suspended until your next billing period.
5: USB / Device / Hardware are supplied by the customer. If you choose to use your own Mobile Broadband data device (BYO) to access the service, the operation of the device, and any repairs to it, is your responsibility. If you choose to connect to the service using your own modem, M2 may not be able to provide you technical support for that particular modem and reserves the right to refer you to the modem manufacturer for technical assistance at your own expense.
6: A setup fee of $9.95 applies to all plans.
7: Total minimum costs are based on the Monthly Access Fee over 24 months.
8: Early termination fees for cancellations are calculated using 50% of the monthly fee multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract.
9: Plan change fees (downgrading a plan) are calculated using 50% of the difference between the two monthly fees, multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract.
